“I need to publicly say thank you to Apple Harvest. Earlier today, I drove almost an hour to pick up Valentine’s treats for my family. When I arrived at 9am, I learned everything had sold out to one customer. I left disappointed and shared some honest but respectful feedback. What happened next genuinely surprised me. Jen, personally called me to apologize. And despite my attempts to tell her it was unnecessary, she insisted on driving nearly an hour to my home with fresh boxes of pastries! Who does that?! She showed up, just hours after my visit, with warmth, kindness, and more generosity than I expected. She hugged me, thanked me for the feedback, and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into something incredibly memorable. Now let’s talk about the food. The donuts are massive. Fresh. Soft. Beautifully finished. The kind you open the box and just stare at for a second before diving in. And that chocolate chip cookie… I do not say this lightly… it is BETTER than Nancy B’s. Nancy B’s has held the title in my book (and most of Pittsburgh) for years as one of the best chocolate chip cookies in the tri-state area. That is not small praise coming from me. But Apple Harvest’s cookie is on another level. Perfect texture. Rich chocolate. Peanut butter. The balance is unreal. Everything we tried was beautiful and tasted fantastic. But more than the pastries, what stood out was the character behind the counter. Jen’s integrity and care speak volumes about the kind of business Apple Harvest is. Mistakes happen. Supply issues happen. What matters is how people respond. This response was above and beyond. We will absolutely be back. And next time, I might just buy everything at 9am. 🤣”

“I stopped here on my way to Pittsburgh because I’ve seen a few people I follow on instagram stopping in for some pretty good looking donuts and it definitely did not disappoint! I love donuts and these were amazing, I loved the unique shapes, the pumpkin cream and burnt almond torte were my favorite! But they were all good so it’s hard to choose. Will definitely be returning to try more. Also the home fries were amazing. I love a simple pepper and potato mix and I loved the sweet potatoes in these.”

“The most delicious donuts! My favorite is the almond torte donut. My son inhaled the maple glazed cinnamon donut. Every one of the donuts we tried was delicious. We were greeted when we walked in, everyone was so pleasant. the cinnamon roll is huge, we haven’t got to that yet!!! we will be going back to try some breakfast sandwiches.”
